All returns/replacements require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To request an RMA, please contact support at 609-729-4135.
You may request a replacement for your purchase within 15 days of the order ship date for either of the following three reasons:
This Policy and or manufactures Warranty Will Be VOID if Repairs have been attempted or performed by anyone other than the Manufactures.
This Policy and or Manufacturers Warranty does NOT cover damage caused by Misuse, Accidents, Neglect, Normal wear and tear. Determination of such damage shall be by Steve`s custom Guitars Exclusively.
Once you have requested and received your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, we will send a replacement, along with a postage-paid mailing envelope for return of the wrong/defective item.
We will not accept requests for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for any reason other than those listed above. To request an RMA, please contact support.
